Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns for change of mind (e.g. you no longer like the piece or it doesn't fit your space).
Damaged or Faulty Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at temoana19@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim, please include clear photos of the damage to the artwork and the packaging.
Returns Process
To start a return for a faulty or damaged artwork:
- Contact me for approval and instructions.
- Ensure the artwork is packed securely in its original packaging to prevent further damage in transit.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
